| "Imagine the nightmares I had when my husband told me he had found a great job in Yuma, Arizona.
My first question was 'What? Where is Yuma?´
After some talking and planning we decided to move. I was looking on the internet in my Pennsylvania home and was directed to your site. I saw several listing I was interested in and decided to call.
Lucky for me Linda Reyes was working the floor that day. What a wealth of knowledge she has and is such a kind person. We talked about what I was looking for in a home and the problems of me being 2,500 miles away. We stayed in touch via email and phone calls. She took the time to really listen to what Bruce and I wanted. We chatted pretty much every other day.
It was decided that I would come into town the end of March and we would do a really concentrated search. I let her know that my hopes were to find the perfect home and place a contract by Sunday. When I got into town on a Wednesday, I called Linda. She met my husband and I at the hotel with a packet of listings. We proceeded to ride all over town with her that whole day. We ended up meeting her family for dinner. (I guess she figured we weren´t psychos!) The next day she and I went out again in the morning and met Bruce for lunch so he could join us. After three days of what felt like her undivided attention we found the perfect house. We made an offer and signed the contract. Linda helped us find a mortgage broker in town also.
I know that realtors are very busy and their time is not their own. I also realize they are working with several people at one time. I never felt pressured or rushed when speaking to her. She made herself available to answer all of my silly questions and even helped me find a vet.
Do you see how it could have been a horrible nightmare, but because of Linda it was a very positive experience. I not only got a wonderful realtor but also a great friend, oh, and an awesome house!"
